    Welcome to KuuTV (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”). By registering for or using this Application, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

  2. Service Description
    KuuTV is a video streaming application that provides legally authorized content for personal entertainment. The content sources include, but are not limited to, authorized distributors, partners, and user-generated content (UGC).

  3. User Responsibilities
    3.1 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate complete registration information.
  • Not transfer your account to others.
  • Not use the Application for illegal activities (e.g piracy, spreading malware).

3.2 Prohibited Activities:

  • Uploading hate speech, violent content, or any content that infringes on the rights of others.

    4.2 By submitting user-generated content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that content, ensuring that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

    5.1 We strive to maintain the stability of our services; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Permanent availability or error-free operation of the services.
  • The security of third-party links.

5.2 Due to local laws, access may be restricted in certain regions.

    Data collected (such as device information and viewing history) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy to enhance services and personalize recommendations.

    7.1 We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or for legal compliance issues.
